BOOK A SESSION

Britne Sandlin, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (#12096367-3501)

I am passionate about creating a nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I specialize in working with trauma, substance use and addiction, and co-occurring disorders.

My approach starts with building a trusting therapeutic relationship grounded in compassion and respect as we work together through the challenges you are facing. I believe that meaningful change is possible, even when it feels uncomfortable or difficult.

My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and develop the skills you need to create a life you genuinely enjoy.

Shevonn Johnson, LMT, BCSI

Licensed Massage Therapist #14185005-4701

I am a big-picture thinker, a problem solver, and a curious person. As a massage therapist I use those skills to connect with people, help them understand their bodies, and support their recovery, so they can get back to doing what they love.

Sessions with me involve feedback, movement, and interaction (although I will follow your lead about whether it’s quiet or chatty).  My goal is to create a space where you are treated with kindness and respect. We’ll identify patterns that hold you back, and you’ll get some tools to help you at home. Clients get the most out of our work together when they communicate and ask questions.

George LeBoeuf, LCSW, LMT, CLT-LANA

Chronic pain impacted my ability to work, move, and live the way I wanted. After trying the traditional routes to pain relief, Structural Integration along with cognitive behavioral approaches helped me get back to being myself again. When you’ve tried the DIY and standard medical interventions, I’m here to offer something different.

From our psychotherapy sessions, you can expect 3 things: understanding, challenge, and growth. My goal is to make sure I understand your story the way you experience it. You will be challenged at times, and it might be uncomfortable. You might even find yourself stewing over the audacity I must have to make a connection that disrupts your normal way of thinking or being - with respect, of course. You can also expect to learn a skill and gain some insight.
